present scenario of job security

gone r those days when people used to go for permanent jobs means jobs where there is no risk of getting fired and company's also used to think before firing its employees....nowadays both employee n employer act as perfect professionals and are very sure and straight forward regarding their targets....now employees are always prepared with their cv's n attractive salary n incentives are prefered.....actually employees now think about dere security in market and not in a particualr company and thats d reason competition is growing at a rapid pace....as people are joining to different company's dey shld bear d ability to adapt demselves to new system and culture ....with growing competition most important fact is continous process of gaining knowledge about d latest changes dat are taking place in your field...welll most important thing apart from dis learning and cv....is contacts ....yes first chanakya rule -if u wann to have a secured future den more dan ur deeds words matter ....though not always but very often....if someone wann some job in some particular company den his old friend or some very dear client turned friend may get him d stairs.....so dis is my first post ......frns plzz comment n share ur views on oder burning topics
